But the initial planning stage sounds so tedious. Figuring out exactly what needs to happen is going to hurt my brain.

That strategy step is my absolute FAVORITE!!! It is where the magic happens. (And it hurts your brain a lot less when you do it with me, instead of all by your lonesome.)

I have a course idea, but I'm not sure I should go ahead with it. I wonder, will this really be helpful? Or just another course?

It is super important to understand if you have a target market BEFORE you start developing. Use social media or other avenues where your contacts are to survey if they are actually interested in what you have to offer. People are very forthcoming about what they want and will go into detail to make sure you understand every little point 😂

But I wouldn’t even know where to start with automation.
